What People Are Saying About Purdue Conferences

Gary Bennett
Professor and Chairperson, Center for Urban Industrial Technology (Host of Annual Pest Management Conference)

"Purdue's Conference Division provides everything from food service to housing to audio-visual assistance. They attend our planning committee meetings to offer input and are involved with all the details. They're happy to help out, and we are able to offer a first-class conference with their help."

Attendee
Precious Metal Clay Guild Biennial Conference

"Purdue has the perfect blend of facilities, amenities, space and most of all the impeccably organized cooperation of their conference staff."

Diane Young

"We are always impressed with the professional expertise of Purdue's Conference Division staff and the high standards and friendly nature of the residence hall staff."

Gina Yeager-Buckley
Conference Chairperson, Presbyterian Youth Triennium 2010

"They [Purdue Conferences] are creative, professional and, most importantly to us, they are in sync with the details of producing a mega-conference, but still maintaining a tight sense of community."

Sandy Maples
Committee Member, 2011 WIC State Conference (425 attendees)

"I want to thank you for making our conference experience at Purdue such a positive and worthwhile experience. Your steady presence and friendly, personable style, not to mention a calming force under pressure, was exactly what we needed to complete our mission. You were continuously going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were fully accommodated. You were absolutely terrific from beginning to end and thank you seems way too inadequate to let you know how much you were appreciated. Purdue is very lucky to have you."

Freddie Barnard
2010 Midwest Agricultural Banking School

"Your behind the scenes coordination and support are invaluable in making everything run so smoothly during the sessions. I appreciate working with you each year because you pay close attention to the details and can rely on the past experiences with this group to have a great feel for what they want. I appreciate your contribution to the success of the program."

Jessie L. Moore
Director, Supplier Diversity Development

"From the initial planning session with your staff to the luncheon on Thursday afternoon, each aspect of the event was presented so that every attendee was able to focus on the information being presented and take advantage of the networking opportunity with members of the Lafayette Supplier Diversity Coalition. The staff assigned to handle the registration function was friendly, courteous and efficient. The highest praise I can offer you and your staff is that I'm looking forward to working with you again."

Steven Walz
Student Chairperson for LABash 2011, Student in Landscape Architecture

"I would like to personally thank Purdue Conferences for organizing a wonderful conference for us. In the weeks since our conference, we have heard so much positive feedback from students and professionals with regards to the professionalism of the students and staff at our conference along with the accommodations we provided for our guests. With the help of the Purdue Conferences and Catering departments, we left a positive and lasting impression on our guests and truly made our LABash Conference the best one yet."

Danica Kirkpatrick
Chairperson - Midwestern Foresters Conclave - 500+ people - April 2011

"The Conclave was GREAT. We had a great experience with conferences as well. Our conference coordinator was fantastic and had an incredible eye for detail. She noticed things and thought of things that we overlooked. She was also more than willing to do whatever needed to be done to make the event happen, and was very communicative throughout the process."
